Cockpit
Once you have logged in, MILKBOOK® immediately informs you about the pending tasks - whether it is a customer's birthday, whether an offer requires a response, or whether a reminder for an outstanding payment is due. The cockpit is well structured and designed in a straightforward way.
Administration of contacts
Addresses can be divided into the categories customer, supplier or acquisition contacts. In addition, companies' information can be compiled stating contact persons and private persons. Contact details can be exported any time.
Offers
Offers can be created in 30 seconds - only a few clicks are required. You can select the customer's address directly from the existing contacts, add products and print the offer or send it online.
Order confirmation
There is no faster way: simply generate an order confirmation from an existing offer with a single click. Of course you can adjust the content if required.
Project management
You will be provided with an overview of all the active projects. With a single click, projects can be completed (and are automatically archived). An invoice is generated immediately.
Invoicing
Once a project has been completed, it can be invoiced automatically. Invoices can be printed and sent by post. MILKBOOK® can also transmit invoices electronically.
Time recording
Click on the stopwatch, and MILKBOOK® will start to count the seconds, minutes and hours for your project. You can invoice your customers according to the exact time spent on a project. Of course manual adjustments are possible too.
Product management
You can create templates for products that are offered and invoiced on a frequent basis. You can also activate entire product groups (note: one group contains two or more products). This makes the creation of offers and invoices much easier. Create once, use repeatedly!
Evaluation and statistics
It is our creed that, as a MILKBOOK® user, you own all the data. Therefore, you can export all the addresses, offers and invoices - i.e. any character or figure - any time. The data will be issued in a pre-formatted Excel file (XLSX).
Master data
Within the master data, text elements can be recorded and new product units can be created. You can also add additional users and adjust employees' levels of authorisation. With MILKBOOK®, you decide what your documents look like. You can upload your own logo via the settings.
